Newsletter Sign-Up
wellness coach, photojournalist, food advocate

Hello from Coach Stephanie!

I'd love to share my newsletter with you. This sign-up form is for my General Newsletter which gives an overview on my services, calendar of events, and resources. Your email will never be traded for millions of dollars - or even pennies - and you won't be bombarded with emails. In fact, if you want more frequent updates, CLICK THE IMAGE on the left/above to follow my Facebook page for recipes, articles, health tips, exclusive group specials, etc.

Otherwise, the General Newsletter is sent approximately once each month. Additionally, you can also receive an extra email regarding the subjects that interest you. Interest-based news is sent during the week of a scheduled class, program or event. To those of you interested in attending one of my programs, online and local - simply select the appropriate subjects below and you will receive an extra email when that particular program has made it to the calendar. For example, if you wish to attend the Eating for Healing class on Blood Sugar, select that box from the options below and you will receive an email during the week of that scheduled class. This option makes it easy to RSVP for the class directly from that email.

You can update your preferences at any time. If you attend one class and no longer need reminders for that subject, you can simply uncheck that subject's box. It only removes you from that subject-specific email and not the entire General News.

If you are reaching out for more information on non-toxic household and personal care products, please subscribe to that specific newsletter, which is here: There, you will receive coupons, monthly specials and product specific emails. In this General Newsletter, you might only see a link here and there.

Thank you for reaching out. I look forward to being part of your honored inbox space!
